All bookings require a deposit to confirm. Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the tour start date unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations made:
- More than 14 days prior: Full refund minus deposit
- 7–14 days: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Guests must be in reasonable health for outdoor activities. KazVacation is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather or force majeure.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We do not provide personal insurance.
